Appointments & Confidentiality
Yael is available 8:30am–5:30pm Mon–Fri, with flexibility by discussion. All sessions are strictly private, guided by the NZAC Code of Ethics, ensuring safety unless there is a serious risk of harm.
Your privacy is paramount. Sessions at Second Chance Counselling are entirely private and confidential. Information shared remains within the therapeutic space, unless there is a significant risk of harm to yourself or others, as per professional safety protocols.
