Visiting Second Chance Counselling
Second Chance Counselling operates from a private property in Napier. For privacy, the address and arrival instructions will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.
When you arrive
Please park on the street and wait at the designated gate. I'll come out to meet you and show you to the counselling room. Please don't enter other areas of the property unaccompanied.
Privacy & security
External security cameras operate around the property for safety. There are no cameras or recording devices in the counselling room, and sessions are never recorded. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to me.
Please note:
Appointments are essential and there are no client toilet facilities on site. Telehealth appointments are also available if you prefer.
My aim is to provide a private, comfortable and respectful space where you can talk openly and safely.
